1. WHO WE ARE
Silly Goose Industries LLC operates golf cart sales events across Florida under the Orlando Golf Cart Showcase and affiliated event names. We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how we use it.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you register for one of our events, we may collect:
Full name
Phone number (mobile and/or landline)
Email address
General location / zip code
Your interest in specific products (cart type, budget range, intended use)
How you heard about us
IP address and device information (collected automatically when you submit a form online)
Timestamp and source URL of your consent (retained for legal compliance)
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or payment information through our registration forms. Payment is handled in person at events only.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Confirm your event registration
Send reminders and directions for events you have registered for
Follow up regarding your interest in golf cart products and services
Inform you about upcoming golf cart sales events across Florida

4. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
Consent records (your name, phone, email, timestamp, IP address, source URL of opt-in) are retained for a minimum of 5 years in compliance with TCPA requirements
Marketing contact information is retained until you opt out or request removal
Event attendance records are retained indefinitely for business purposes

6. YOUR RIGHTS & CHOICES

Opt out of phone calls at any time by telling our representative during any call, by emailing [email protected], or by submitting a request through our registration form — we will add you to our internal Do Not Call list within 10 business days

Request access to the personal information we hold about you
Request deletion of your personal information (subject to our legal retention obligations)
Request correction of inaccurate information

7. DO NOT CALL COMPLIANCE
We maintain an internal Do Not Call list. If you request to be removed from our calling list — by any reasonable means including telling our representative, emailing us, or any other clear expression of opt-out — we will add you to our internal DNC list within 10 business days and honor that request permanently across all future communications. We check our contact lists against the National Do Not Call Registry at minimum every 31 days as required by law.
Per FCC rules effective April 11, 2025, we recognize opt-out requests made through any reasonable method — not just "STOP" replies — including email, verbal requests during a call, or written requests.
8. SECURITY
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our events and communications are directed at adults aged 25 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor please contact us immediately.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do we will update the effective date at the top of this document. Continued engagement with our communications following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

1. CONSENT TO ALL COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your contact information and submitting our registration form you expressly consent to receive the following communications from us and our affiliated Florida golf cart events:
Automated and manual telephone calls, including calls made using artificial intelligence (AI) generated voices, autodialed calls, and prerecorded messages
SMS and MMS text messages, including messages sent via automated systems
Email communications
This consent applies to communications regarding:
This event and all future golf cart sales events we operate in Florida and beyond
Golf cart products, inventory, and services
Promotions, special offers, and seasonal sales
New event announcements and dates
Follow-up regarding your expressed interest in our products
2. AI-GENERATED VOICE CALLS — SPECIFIC DISCLOSURE
We use artificial intelligence (AI) to make outbound phone calls on our behalf.
By submitting your registration you expressly consent to receive calls made by or using AI-generated voices as defined under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the FCC's February 2024 Declaratory Ruling.
Every AI-generated call we make will:
Identify itself as an automated or AI-generated call at the start of the call
Identify the event or business on whose behalf the call is being made
Provide a clear opportunity to opt out during the call
Honor opt-out requests immediately and permanently
3. SMS TEXT MESSAGE TERMS
Message frequency: Varies. You may receive multiple messages per month as new events and promotions become available

4. TELEPHONE CALL TERMS
Calls may be made using automated dialing systems, AI-generated voices, or prerecorded messages
Calls may be made to the number you provide even if it is listed on a Do Not Call registry, because you are providing express written consent to be contacted
To opt out: You may revoke consent by any reasonable means — telling our representative during any call, emailing [email protected], or any other clear expression that you no longer wish to be contacted. We will honor all opt-out requests within 10 business days

6. SCOPE OF CONSENT — FUTURE EVENTS
Your consent is not limited to this single event. By registering you consent to be contacted about all future golf cart sales events, promotions, and related communications we operate, for as long as you remain on our contact list or until you opt out.
7. CONSENT RECORDKEEPING
We record and retain the following at the time of your consent in compliance with TCPA requirements:
Your name, phone number, and email address
Timestamp of form submission
IP address of the device used to submit the form
URL of the page where consent was given
The exact consent language presented to you at the time of submission
These records are retained for a minimum of 5 years.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silly Goose Industries LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your registration, attendance at our events, reliance on our communications, or any interaction with our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed $100.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silly Goose Industries LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of any information obtained through our events or communications.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising from these terms or your registration shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit related to our communications or events.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act.
